Welcome to Agile Project Delivery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at agileprojectdelivery.co.uk and any services, content, courses, or materials provided through it (together, the "Services").

By using the Services, you confirm that:

We provide consultancy, training, digital content, and related services, which may include:
- Online and in-person training or workshops
- Consulting and advisory services
- Digital products (e.g. templates, tools, downloads, online courses)
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice, provided this does not materially breach any agreed contractual commitments with you.
5. Orders, fees and payments
Where fees apply:
- Prices will be shown before you confirm your order.
- Payment is due at the time of booking/checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may use third-party payment providers; their terms may also apply.
Refunds and cancellations
For online courses/digital products:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
For consulting/training services:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the agreed date may be refunded or rescheduled at our discretion. Cancellations within 6 days may be chargeable in full.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise:
All content, materials, designs, logos, text, images, videos, and resources made available through the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own internal business or personal use only.
You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
7. User content
If you submit, upload, or share any content (for example, comments, feedback, or materials) via the Services ("User Content"), you:
- Retain ownership of your User Content; and
- Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

- Does not infringe any third party's rights (including copyright, privacy, and confidentiality).
- Is not unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
We may remove any User Content that we reasonably consider to breach these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in other UK jurisdictions may bring claims in their local courts.
